Asian Ginseng root (Panax ginseng) is an adaptogen that helps the body adapt to any kind of stress. Asian ginseng is like American ginseng, both have similar medicinal actions are used in the same way. Ginsengs are a tonic to the immune, endocrine and nervous systems and reduce stress by balancing and cleansing.
